Mrs. Jane Thomas Hendrick

Obituary:

Mrs. Jane Thomas Hendrick, age 87, of South Hill, died on Wednesday October 26, 2022 in her home surrounded by her family. Mrs. Hendrick was a very talented seamstress, the secretary for Atlantic Medical in South Hill and the widow of Jerry Allen Hendrick. Mrs. Hendrick is survived by her four sons: Ferriel Thomas, Steve Thomas and his wife Deborah, Donny Thomas and his wife Peggy and Bobby Thomas and his wife Marla; her eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; her loving cousins: Wayne Short, Courtney Griffin, Tommy Jones and Jimmy Jones; her special, loving and devoted caregiver Donna Bowman and caregiver JoAnne Wolosuk. A funeral service will be conducted on Monday October 31st at 2:00 P.M. in Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home and Crematory with interment to follow in Crestview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends starting at 1:00 until service time in the funeral home. Memorial contributions in Mrs. Hendrick’s name may be made to the Mecklenburg County Cancer Association at P.O. Box 311, Chase City, VA 23924.     So sorry for your loss. Jane loved her family so much. She loved to talk about her boys and their families. She was a special lady that had the privilege of finding the love of her life in Jerry. May she Rest In Peace.
