Joyce Elaine Crafton

Mrs. Joyce Elaine Crafton, age 75 of South Hill died Tuesday, December 27, 2022. She was a homemaker and the widow of Edgar Nelson Crafton. Mrs. Crafton is survived by a daughter Kimberly Crafton of South Hill, two sons; Charles Crafton of South Hill and David Crafton (Sabrina) of Castalia, N.C., a brother Ronald (Sharon) of Dundas, four grandchildren; Laura Arthur, Michael, Chase and Nathan Crafton, and four great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, a brother Billy Buchanan and two granddaughters; Morgan and Madeline Crafton. A funeral service will be conducted Friday, December 30, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. in Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home with interment in the Crafton Family Cemetery in Lunenburg County. The family will receive friends also on Friday from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the South Hill Volunteer Fire Department, 114 N. Brunswick Ave, South Hill, VA. 23970 or the Southside Rescue Squad P. O. Box 546, South Hill, Va. 23970. Online condolences may be sent through www.crowderhitecrews.com.
