Raymond Louis "Shorty" Tolbert

Mr. Raymond Louis “Shorty” Tolbert, age 64, of Chase City passed away on January 10, 2024 at his residence. Raymond was a mechanic at T&J Farm Equipment. Raymond is survived by his wife of 39 years Brenda Card Tolbert, a daughter Tasha Bruce (Anthony), a son Jeffery Tolbert (Ashley), three grandchildren, Matthew Bruce, Savanna Bruce and Lilith Tolbert known lovingly by Raymond as “Little Bit,” A father in law, Alfred Card, Two sisters in law, Jane Card and Helen Hite, A brother in law, Walter Card and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Ruby Claiborne Tolbert and Ottis Louis Tolbert, and three brothers, James Lambert, Robert Lambert and Garland Tolbert.
